Veronica is the newest member of the AAD Lawyers team, joining our law firm, as a collaborating lawyer, since Spring 2024. Veronica has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2019 and graduated in 2021 the final exam organized by the National Union of Bars in Romania, through the National Institute for the Training and Improvement of Lawyers.
Veronica has gained professional experience, working in the past years for a law firm, mainly in the consulting department specialized in Civil Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law.
Thus, Veronica managed a portfolio of clients represented by legal entities. In this regard, she provided general legal services with respect to corporate governance matters, including legal assistance during the company incorporation process, drafted corporate documents (such as articles of incorporation, relevant decisions issued by the company’s governing bodies related to share capital increase, shares transfer operation, etc.) and submitted them to the competent Trade Registry Office.
At the same time, it is also worth mentioning that Veronica provided legal consulting services with one of the biggest international automotive companies in achieving business growth, having the opportunity to work in-house for it.
In this regard, Veronica conducted legal research based on the laws and regulations applicable to the client, studied the relevant jurisprudence or legal literature, provided with additional legal advice to the client regarding the regulatory framework of its business (corporate, commercial, competition matters). She drafted and reviewed various types of contracts, she issued legal opinions on various topics such as consumer protection, goods warranty, provided advice related to commercial law issues and resolved customer complaints and addresses received from various authorities. She also ensured that all regulations and policies of the client’s company are in compliance with applicable law.
In addition to the consulting activity, Veronica assisted clients with various procedures carried out within public authorities and institutions related to various legal cases (civil, labor law), drafted the necessary legal documents – legal requests, objections, objections related to expert reports, written notes, interrogatories, etc. and monitored cases and kept clients updated about their status. She initiated enforcement procedures, drafted notices, summonses, enforcement requests and maintained contact with the bailiffs for tracking and liquidating debtor’s assets.
Furthermore, Veronica offers legal advice in Romanian and English. She also has a basic knowledge of French and Spanish.
Not least, regarding the personal characteristics, Veronica is highly resourceful, motivated and disciplined attorney, well-organized individual, distinguished by strong analytical and synthesis abilities, along with strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills. She stands out for her ability to easily connect with people, possessing superior-level communication, interpersonal skills and a commitment to thriving in a team-oriented work environment.
