Her expertise in administrative law extends to providing legal consultation during public procurement procedures and representing in disputes related to the execution of contracts awarded through public procurement procedures.
In the field of criminal law, Raluca has provided assistance in all stages of the criminal process, managing a vast portfolio of cases involving offenses against authority, organized crime, and drug-related offenses, demonstrating a keen sense of strategy and a meticulous approach in constructing the defense.
In the field of labor and social insurance law, she has addressed cases from both the perspective of employers and employees, ensuring that her clients’ interests are protected in accordance with the current legislation. Hence, she has represented companies in litigations related to layoffs, wage disputes, and violation of employees’ rights, and also, by applying well-founded strategies, defended the rights of employees in situations of discrimination, harassment, and unlawful layoffs.
In addition to her litigation expertise, Raluca has given particular attention to reviewing contracts and ensuring legal compliance in her legal work.
